PURPOSE: A head and a cutting insert for a reaming tool and the reaming tool are provided to remain an un-damaged cutting insert in the installation space in a tool head. CONSTITUTION: A reaming tool comprises a female or male fixing member(38) and a clamping member(25). The female or male fixing member is formed at least one limited surfaces of a cutting insert(3). The cutting insert cooperates with a complementary female or male fixing member(37) of a seat while the cutting insert is pressed to the axial direction supporting surface of a seat(17) of a tool head. The fixing members are contacted with each other and activated while the cutting insert moves apart from the axial supporting surface against the operation of the clamping member.
