The device (8) has a first branch (11) carrying axis of rotation in transverse direction (A) extending between front free end (12) and rear end portion (13). A transverse flange (14) comprises a third branch that is bent toward the axis of rotation at an angle less or equal to 90 degrees with respect to a fourth branch (15) of the flange. A portion (18) of the device forms a handle, where the portion protrudes between the rear end portion of the first branch bearing the axis of rotation and the fourth branch of the transverse flange.
