<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load on a subject during photographing for obtaining a stereoscopic image and to improve the quality of a stereoscopic image. <P>SOLUTION: The photographing system 1 comprises a camera 11, a frame 12, and a photographing control device 14. The photographing control device 14 has a photographing control part 71 to a recording control part 74 in order to control the operation of the camera 11 and the movement of the frame 12 with the camera 11 mounted thereon. The informing control part 73 informs a subject of a starting timing for the movement of the frame 12. The drive control part 72 moves the frame 12 after the completion of informing the subject of the timing by the informing control part 73, and moves the frame 12 on a constant path. During the movement of the frame 12, the photographing control part 71 exerts control for the camera 11 to continuously photograph the subject.
