<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device in which a decrease in the electrification amount of toner is suppressed even when the supply amount of toner of a developer is increased according to an increase in the density of an image. <P>SOLUTION: The developing device includes: a developer supply part supplying the developer to the surface of a body to be developed having an electrostatic latent image formed on a surface thereof; a first stirring part acquiring the developer stored in the developer supply part from the developer supply part, conveying the acquired developer, while stirring the acquiring developer on a first conveyance path, and returning the stirred developer to the developer supply part; a second stirring part which acquires the developer stored in the developer supply part from the developer supply part, conveys the acquired developer, while stirring the acquired developer on a second conveyance path being in parallel with the first conveyance path, and returns the stirred developer to the developer supply part, and in which the stirring amount of the developer from the acquisition to the return is larger than the stirring amount in the first stirring part; and an operation control part controlling the operation of the first stirring part and the operation of the second stirring part to the operations corresponding to the density as the image in the electrostatic latent image formed on the body to be developed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
