<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device, a navigation method, and a program capable of improving current position detection accuracy after leaving a facility. <P>SOLUTION: In a correction information DB 94, a correction information creation vehicle travel track when a probe car 102 travels in a facility and correction information for correcting position information when the probe car 102 leaves the facility are stored by being associated with each other. A control part 91 receives a travel track where a service target vehicle 2 travels in the facility after entering the facility, when it is determined that there is a correction information creation vehicle travel track that matches the received travel track, transmits correction information associated with the correction information creation vehicle travel track that matches the received travel track to an on-vehicle unit 1 of the service target vehicle 2.
