<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine deterioration of a power storage device without having an excessive amount of heat generation of a resistor and without taking excessive time in capacity measurement of a power storage device. <P>SOLUTION: A deterioration determination device for a power storage device has a resistor 7 connected to a power storage device (3) in series and a determination part (10) which determines deterioration of the power storage device (3) by calculating the capacity of the power storage device (3) based on a voltage value of the power storage device (3) after flowing a discharge current I from the power storage device (3) to the resistor 7 for a fixed time.
