PURPOSE: A cylinder structure of a pressure reciprocating method for a dot pin marking and a marking device having the same are provided to increase the number of reciprocation per a unit second and to easily control the number of marking. CONSTITUTION: A dot pin marking device comprises a cylinder(11), a marking pin(12), a first inflow passage(131), a second inflow passage(132), a manifold, a dispersed valve unit, an outside outlet, a surface strengthening member(115a), and a pressure gauge. The cylinder comprises a fixing head(114), an accommodation body(111), a moving body(112), and a inflow space(116a). The marking pin vertically moves in the inner side of the cylinder. The first and second inflow passages are respectively connected to an accommodation space(115) and the inflow space. The manifold is respectively connected to the first and second inflow passages. The dispersed valve unit repetitively makes air flow into the accommodation space and inflow space. The outside outlet discharges the air inside the manifold to outside. The surface strength member formed along a peripheral surface of the accommodation space. The pressure gauge controls pressure of the air flowing into the dispersed valve unit. |
