PURPOSE: Muscle strengthening equipment is provided to exercise with interest without limitation of place and time to strengthening muscles. CONSTITUTION: Muscle strengthening equipment comprises a case(1), a sensor(2), a display(3), a speaker(4), and control knobs(5). The case is fixed to the wall at a location which is isolated certain distance from the floor. The sensor can sense the movement in the front. The display indicates the times of the detected number of exercises. The speaker transfers the voice comment. The control knob selects condition and voice comment for exercising. On top of the vertical pillar which can adjust the height of the case, a limit switch and a touch board are fixed.
