PURPOSE: A jig clamp for laser welding capable of regulating a gap is provided to prevent welding defects by simply regulating the positions of a material fixing bolt and a gap regulating bolt depending on the thickness of a material. CONSTITUTION: A jig clamp for laser welding capable of regulating a gap comprises a clamp(10) and a jig(1). The jig comprises upper and lower jig frames(2,3), a laser beam irradiation space(4), fixing bolts(5,6), and gap regulating bolts(7,8). When two materials(50,51) are clamped between the upper and lower jig frames, the materials are pressed by the fixing bolts. The gap regulating bolts form a gap between the materials. The fixing and gap regulating bolts are coupled to the upper and lower jig frames to regulate the positions of the fixing and gap regulating bolts depending on the thickness or welding conditions of the materials. |
