FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and can be used for treatment of focal chorioretinitis of various etiology. At the first stage delimiting laser coagulation with wavelength 532 nm is performed. Irradiation power is set within the range from 100 to 250 mW depending on degree of expression of pathologic process and person's pigmentation. Pulse duration (exposure) constitutes 90-150 ms. Spot diameter is 200 mcm. At the second stage laser coagulation of focus is performed with wavelength 532 nm. Irradiation power is set within the range from 100 to 250 mW depending on degree of chorioretinal focus pigmentation. Pulse duration (exposure) constitutes 90-200 ms. Spot diameter is 300-500 mcm. Then, after 3-4 weeks the third stage is carried out. In the process of its performance focal laser coagulation is realised on the entire focus area with a series of micropulses with application of wavelength 810 nm with spot diameter 200-300 mcm, energy 1 W. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve visual functions and clinical presentation of eye fundus, prevent disease recurrences due to formation of pigmented laser coagulates and arrest of inflammatory response in vitreous body. ^ 2 ex |
