FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for prevention of cholemic post-papillotomy hemorrhages. At the first stage of endoscopic papillosphincterotomy dissection of major duodenal papilla to separation of orifices of common bile duct and main pancreatic duct is performed. After that endoprosthetics of common bile duct is carried out by means of plastic endoprosthesis with conically narrowed proximal end. After arresting obstructive jaundice and normalisation of hemostasis system parameters endoscopic removal of prosthesis and the second stage of endoscopic papillosphincterotomy, which includes complete dissection of major duodenal papilla by cannula method, are performed. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of pancreatitis development, increase reliability of hemorrhage prevention. ^ 1 ex, 6 dwg
