PURPOSE: A polyurethane resin is provided to form a gong and large pore inside, thereby capable of providing low hardness, excellent contraction rate, and excellent extrusion elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane resin comprises: polyester polyol comprising a moiety of C2-10 of C2-10 polycarboxylic acid, a moiety of ethylene glycol, and a moiety of 1,4-butanediol with the molar ratio of 1:0.3-0.7:0.3-0.7; a chain extender; and a reactant of polyisocyanate compounds. The polyurethane resin has weight average molecular weight of 50,000 - 500,000 g/mol, or viscosity of 100,00 - 500,000. A polyurethane resin composition comprises the polyurethane resin, an organic solvent comprising one or more selected from a group consisting of dimethylformamide, methyl ethyl ketone, and surfactant.
