PURPOSE: A lever type one-way clutch is provided to extend lifetime and improve performances by miniaturizing a product through reducing the abrasion of components generated while power transferring. CONSTITUTION: A lever type one-way clutch comprises an outer race(20), an inner race, a plurality of electronic pieces(30), a lever(40), and a space maintainer. The inner race is installed to be rotated relative to the outer race. The plurality of electronic pieces is installed to connect or shut down the power transferring between the outer race and the inner race. One end of the lever is held in the inner race and the other end is held in the electronic pieces. The space maintainer keeps determined space between the plurality of electronic pieces and outer race stably while the power transferring between the outer race and the inner race is shut town.
