The method involves analyzing branches in a sample area of vineyard by determining the concentration of macro-elements and trace elements. A balance ratio is determined between the concentration of macro-elements and values of the trace elements. The data obtained for juices extracted from conducting tissue and for the branches at reference values for a given type of vine, are compared. A state of the corrections to be provided to maintain a nutritional status of the vines of the vineyard is performed.
