FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: two high-temperature single-turn eddy current transducers are used to measure radial and axial displacement of blade end. Said transducers are arranged with displacement between centers of sensors along turbine wheel axis and in direction of wheel rotation. After conversion of transducer inductance in voltage and code, two magnitudes are selected from set of codes for every blade. Said magnitudes consist of minimum and maximum values corresponding to interaction of blade with every transducer. Said codes and sets of calibration characteristics are used to obtain coordinate components of blade end displacement. ^ EFFECT: measurement circuit scanning not timed to turbine wheel rotation, fast operation, higher accuracy and validity. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
