FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to continuous rolling and forming, for example, tubes from special steels and alloys. Proposed method comprises feeding billet into closed groove, reducing it, displacing it toward female die with moulder needle and moulding. After reduction, molder needle is centered along rolling axis to make piercing. Moulding is executed unless butt-end is produced to be squeezed. Proposed device comprises closed groove formed by four rolls with annular passes arranged in pairs perpendicular to each other, die holder fitted on supports, female and male dies, moulder needle arranged at male die on female die outlet side to displace along rolling axis.
