PURPOSE: A dust collection type paint surface grinding, polishing and foreign materials exclusion device for a lift work vehicle is provided to minimize vibration during grinding and discharging the residual materials generated during grinding. The handle support member comprises a left/right control handle(24) in the upper portion and a back and forth control handle(34).
