PURPOSE: A microcapsule, a composition for forming a self-healing coating material, a capsule dispersing type self-healing coating material, and a method for manufacturing the material are provided to semi-permanently protect a product with an applied self-healing coating material. CONSTITUTION: A capsule dispersing type self-healing coating material(20) includes a cured product based on a material for forming a matrix material(22), and a micro capsule(21). The micro capsule is dispersed in the cured product. The micro capsule includes a core part and a polymer containing capsule film. The core part includes a self-healing material and a florescent material. The polymer containing capsule film surrounds the core part. The material for forming the matrix material includes at least one resin selected from a group including an acryl-based resin, a vinyl-based resin, an epoxy-based resin, a rubber fluoride-based resin, and a polyurethane-based resin. The core part further includes a first solvent in which the self-healing material and the florescent material are diluted or dissolved. The self-healing material includes an isocyanate compound.
