PURPOSE: A solar cell secures a low serial resistance by forming a first doping unit in the remaining area and a second doping unit of an emitter in the same position as a first electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first protective film(130) is arranged on the front surface of an emitter. A first reflection prevent film(140) is included on the first prevent film. A rear electric field(160) is arranged on the other side of a substrate. A second electrode(190) is electrically connected to the rear electric field. A second protective film(170) is arranged on the back surface of the substrate.
