PURPOSE: An online advertisement charging decision method and a system thereof are provided to increase accuracy of cost charged, by using a packet data quantity transmitted into an user terminal and by deciding charge of advertisement content. CONSTITUTION: A web server(110) displays URI information on the web page corresponding to plural online advertisement content. The web server receives selection about the online advertisement content from user terminal(140). An advertisement server(120) transmits packet data corresponding to the selected advertisement content to the user terminal. By using transmitted packet data amount, charging determination server(130) calculates the cost about the advertisement content. |
