The device has a fixing unit (11) fixing a toroidal shaped liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) fuel tank (10) to a cylindrical or conical basin (3). Multiple linear buffers (12) are arranged to be interposed between the tank and a side wall (4) of the basin. An air passage is formed in the buffers or between the buffers for communicating with a space (14) of the basin formed above the buffer, where another space (15) is formed below the buffer. The buffers are inserted between a peripheral side shell of the basin and the tank. A continuous single buffer is fixed at periphery of the tank. The buffer is made of rubber material, visco-elastic material or foam.
