PURPOSE: A functional bread composition containing an eleutherococcus senticosus extract, and a producing method of sandwich using thereof are provided to offer a liver function improvement effect of eleutherococcus senticosus to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of producing method of sandwich using a functional bread composition containing an eleutherococcus senticosus extract comprises the following steps: boiling 20g of eleutherococcus senticosus, 4L of water, and 3-4 jujube in the high temperature, and boiling the mixture in the weak fire for 10 minutes to obtain the eleutherococcus senticosus extract; mixing the eleutherococcus senticosus extract with 800g of strong flour, 200g of medium flour, 200g of rye flour, 100g of sugar, 20g of slat, 20g of s-500, 100g of butter, and 40g of yeast to obtain dough; firstly fermenting the dough for 15-20 minutes, and dividing the dough into 100g each; intermediate-fermenting the divided dough for 15-20 minutes, and molding the dough into a circular shape with the width of 8cm; secondly fermenting the molded dough for 20-30 minutes in a fermenter, and baking the dough in an oven at 140-190 deg C before cooling; and slicing the obtained bread, and adding cream sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickled onion, tomato, pickled cucumber, and ham. |
