PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for drying and transferring an electrode plate is provided to able to uniformly and sufficiently dry the surface of an electrode plate and inside a coating layer, and to able to reduce drying deviation of a plurality of electrode plates while drying the electrode plates at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus and a method for drying and transferring an electrode plate consists of at least two or more electrode-drying devices(100), and transport pathway(200). The electrode-drying devices dry electrode plates input in state of a group of at least two or more plates. The dried electrode plate is output in state mounted to the transport pathway. The transport pathway connects to an exit door(D2) of the electrode plate drying apparatus, comprises conveyor(210) which transfers the plurality of electrode plates to a process chamber, maintains a state shielded from an outer space, and is formed to directly connect to the process chamber. |
