An operating apparatus for executing bilateral filtering in real time is provided to supply a special purpose hardware operating apparatus which performs bilateral filtering in real time, thereby simplifying operation of the bilateral filtering and reducing processing time. An operating apparatus(400) performs bilateral filtering in real time. A storage unit(200) rearranges and stores pixel values inputted from an image sensor(100) so that the arranged pixel are suitable for a real time bilateral filtering operation. Weight based one distance and weight based on image strength are calculated. An operating unit(300) outputs image data which is processed through bilateral filtering by applying the weight based one distance and weight based on image strength to the rearranged pixel values. |
