PURPOSE: A tension control apparatus and a film feeding apparatus with the same are provided to remove or reduce the fault of final products and to reduce time and costs for entire process. CONSTITUTION: A tension control apparatus(201) for a film feeding apparatus(200) comprises a support member(264) and an auxiliary roll(266). The support member comprises a rotary shaft(262) and is arranged in one side of a feeding roll for feeding films. The auxiliary roll is mounted on the support member with maintaining a gap with the feeding roll. When the films are fed from the feeding roll, the auxiliary roll minimizes the contact area between the films and the feeding roll and the change of the contact area.
