PURPOSE: A power supply circuit is provided to prevent a semiconductor inner circuit or a test device form being damaged due to an overcurrent by supplying a voltage to a power voltage pad through a voltage buffering unit. CONSTITUTION: A power supply circuit includes a power voltage pad, a resistor unit(103), a forward diode unit(105), and a backward diode unit(107). The resistor unit is serially connected between the power voltage pad and the inner circuit. The forward diode unit is connected in parallel to the resistor unit. The backward diode unit is connected in parallel to the resistor unit. |
