PURPOSE: A method for preparing a colloidal ion material using acorn extract is provided to remove contaminant from the skin and to prevent skin aging. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing colloidal ion material using acorn extract comprises: a step of dipping acorn powder to water to remove a tannin component; a step of mixing the tannin-removed acorn starch and water and adding an enzyme to activating the enzyme; a step of filtering and adding seawater salt and yeast; a step of fermenting and inactivating the yeast; and a step of centrifuging and filtering. The enzyme is Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
