PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for manufacturing an LED device are provided to properly calculate an amount of fluorescent solutions by actively considering a feature variation of an LED chip and the viscosity of the fluorescent solutions. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser(110) dispenses fluorescent solutions to an LED chip. A measuring unit(120) measures an optical property including the illumination, brightness, and an optical temperature of the LED chip. A transfer unit(140) transmits a lead frame(50) from the dispenser to the measuring unit. A control unit(130) calculates a representative optical property of a plurality of LED devices by receiving the optical property of each LED device measured by the measuring unit. The control unit calculates the distribution of a color coordinate by calculating a standard deviation and an average color coordinate of the LED device. |
