OPTIMUM SYSTEM AND METHOD OF SMT LINE

PURPOSE: An optimizing system of a SMT(Surface Mounting Technology) line and a method thereof are provided to preparation time for changing a task by applying optimization option information and a changing pattern of information of a production program. CONSTITUTION: A database(100) stores and groups production programs generated for tasks of a SMT(Surface Mounting Technology) line based on production program information. A control server(200) searches a first group in which the production program most similar to a first production program belongs based on first production program information inputted for generating the first production program. The control server optimizes the first production program by applying both optimization option information of the production programs in the first group and the production program information to the first production program.
