Method of providing information for diagnosis of idiopathic recurrent spontaneous abortion using microRNA polymorphism and diagnostic composition

PURPOSE: A method for providing information for unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion is provided to determine SNP or haplotype or to early diagnose spontaneous abortion. CONSTITUTION: A method for determining SNP for providing information for diagnosing Korean female spontaneous abortion comprises a step of determining SNP of miR-146aC>G(rs2910164), miR-149T>C(rs2292832), miR-196a2T>C(rs11614913) or miR-499A>G(rs3746444) from a DNA sample of a subject. The following cases are determined as a high risk group of spontaneous abortion: miR-499AG genotype, miR-499GG genotype, miR-146aG/149C/196a2C combination, miR-146aG/196a2C/499G combination, miR-149C/196a2C/499G combination, miR-146aG/149C/196a2C haplotype, miR-146aG/196a2C/499G haplotype, and miR-149C/196a2C/499G haplotype.
