摘要 PURPOSE: A conductive paste is provided to reduce contact resistance between metal and semiconductor in rear side of a solar cell, thereby capable of improving efficiency of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste comprising a conductive material comprising aluminum, lead-free glass frit, organic binder, solvent, and an organo-metallic compound comprising an organic component comprising two or more functional groups, and two or more metal components respectively combined with each of the functional groups. The metal components comprise a first metal component comprising aluminum, and a second metal component comprising bismuth. The glass frit comprises a composite powder in which at least two or more selected from B2O3, Bi2O3, ZnO, SiO2, Al2O3, MgO, Na2O3 and ZrO2 are combined.
