PURPOSE: A conductive paste for forming electrodes of solar cell is provided to able to manufacture a solar cell with high efficiency by reducing series resistance. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste for forming electrodes of solar cell comprises silver powder, two or more kinds of organo-silver compounds of which decomposition temperatures are different each other, glass frit, organic binder, and solvent. The organic silver compound comprises a first organic silver compound of which decomposition temperature is 100-200°C, and a second organic silver compound of which decomposition temperature is 200-450°C. The conductive paste additionally comprises a zinc oxide powder of which specific surface area is 30 m^2/g or more. |
