<p>PURPOSE: A binder is provided not to generate micro cracks even after heat treated at 300°C or more because the binder is comprised in a scattering layer or a planarizing layer of an organic LED. CONSTITUTION: A binder for forming a light scattering layer and a planarization layer for an organic LED comprises a silane compound of which weight average molecular weight is 2,000-50,000 manufactured by condensation polymerization of a compound in chemical formula 1: R_xSi(OR')_(4-x). In chemical formula 1, x is an integer from 0-3, R is a C1-10 hydrocarbon group comprising one or more substituents selected from a group consisting of an epoxy group, a hydroxy group, an amine group, and an acrylate group, and R' is an alkyl group in C_nH_(2n+1), and in here, n is an integer from 1-10.</p> |
