PURPOSE: A method for isolating monocyte aggregates from adipose of bone marrow aspirate is provided to collect a large amount of stem cells with high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating monocyte aggregates from adipose of bone marrow aspirate comprises: a step of treating collagenase to bone marrow aspirate to release stem cells from the adipose; a step of treating the stem cells with trypsin; and a step of isolating monocytes. The collagenase includes type I collagenase, type II collagenase, type III collagenase, type IV collaganese, collagenase D, or acutase. A cell therapeutic agent contains the monocyte aggregates.
