<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably classify and divide a method. <P>SOLUTION: An operation data storage part 32 acquires execution history data of a plurality of kinds of operations that an operation system executes, a process mining execution part 34 extracts an execution history of events included in the operations from the execution history data of operations, and an event classification part 36 determines an event having been executed at a predetermined frequency in the extracted execution history of the events as a common event. The event classification part groups events, which are not executed in an operation larger in execution amount than an operation including the events among events included in the respective operations, together as an event group.
