<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a captured image correction device which outputs a high-quality corrected captured image with suppressed noise, to an image processing device at a subsequent stage. <P>SOLUTION: The captured image correction device comprises: an image capturing unit 10 which captures an image of a monitoring target every predetermined period and outputs the captured image; a motion vector detection unit 11 which divides into blocks the captured image outputted from the image capturing unit 10 and detects the motion vector of the image in each block; an image storage unit 12 which stores the captured images outputted from the image capturing unit by block, in accordance with the detection result of the motion vector detection unit; and an image correction unit 13 which corrects the luminance of the current captured image in each block to suppress noise, on the basis of the stored images stored by the image storage unit and the detection result obtained by the motion vector detection unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
