<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a video to be synchronously recorded when the video is recorded by a plurality of apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: A video camera 20, before the start of video recording on a video tape 80, multiplexes recording start timing information of a video such as information indicating the number of frames until the start of video recording by utilizing, for example, a user bit area of time code information multiplexed in a blanking period of an HD-SDI signal, and outputs it to a recorder 30. The recorder 30 prepares for recording based on the multiplexed recording start timing information. Thereafter, the recorder 30 causes video recording on a memory card 85 to be started in synchronization with the start of video recording on the video tape 80 by the video camera 20, and thereby causes the same video as video recorded on the video tape 80 to be recorded on the memory card 85. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
