<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which prevents static electricity from breaking electronic components with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A portable phone includes: an operation part side housing; a circuit board arranged in the operation part side housing with electronic components mounted thereon; a flexible substrate 91 having a conductive antenna element 92 and an insulation part 93 formed so as to cover the antenna element 92 and arranged in the operation part side housing; and a reference potential pattern layer 75 disposed in the operation part side housing. The antenna element 92 has a feeding point 94 and a plated lead 96 which are exposed from the insulation part 93.
