<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately generate a file having a file format which can include data for several pages. <P>SOLUTION: A multifunctional machine 10 allows a user to select a specified file 60 including data P1 to P3 for three pages from a plurality of files having the file formats which can include data for the plurality of pages. The multifunctional machine 10 generates a new file 62 having a file format which is the same as the specified file 60 and including data for five pages by using scan data R1 and R2 for two pages, which are generated by scanning an original for two pages by a scan performing unit, and the data P1 to P3 for three pages. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
