<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus in which when determining a photographic scene using a tilt direction angle in an image processing apparatus (119) and changing an image processing method in response to the determined scene, it is possible to decrease a difference in an output image resulting from that the determined scene is switched depending on a slight angle difference in the image processing apparatus (119). <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus (119) comprises means (116) for detecting a tilt direction angle in the image processing apparatus, and means for detecting a region with a specific color in a photographic scene, and in the image processing apparatus, the degree of reliability of the photographic scene is determined in response to the title direction angle and the detected result of the region with a specific color in the photographic scene at the time of photographing, and an image processing method for the image is changed in response to the degree of reliability of the determined photographic scene. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
