摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser diode drive circuit capable of generating a high-speed optical pulse train of a uniform optical output level and to provide an optical time-domain reflection measurement instrument capable of highly precise measurement by suppressing variations in an optical output level by laser diode temperature dependence. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention includes a switching element (FET 17) that on-off controls the driving current of a laser diode 18 and an integration circuit 10 that integrates a pulse signal amplified by an amplifier 12 and supplies the integrated signal to a control electrode (gate electrode of FET 17) of the switching element, and compensates for a dropped component of an optical output level by the temperature dependency of the laser diode 18 by an integral action of the integration circuit 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
