<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency when cooling a plurality of electronic device mounting racks without impairing workability of various types of works such as maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: In an air conditioning system 10, one rack structure 13 is formed by the integral connection of a server rack 11 and a rack-type air conditioner 12. Four rack structures 13, ..., 13 are arranged on each side of a square having four sides. For each apex of the square, among two rack structures 13, 13 on two sides connected to each apex, one rack structure 13 is disposed with an exhaust portion 32 on the air conditioner side directed to the apex, while the other rack structure 13 is disposed with an intake portion 21 directed to the apex.
