<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a pair of spectacles in which the ear side of a spectacle lens becomes inconspicuous while an optical center is coincide with the position of the pupil of a spectacle user, although a low cost spectacle lens in which its optical center is located at its geometric center is used. <P>SOLUTION: A spectacle manufacturing method includes: a lens shape processing step for processing a spectacle lens into a lens shape such that the optical center LC of the spectacle lens is coincide with the frame center of a spectacle frame 3 or is located closer to the ear side than the opposite side; and a frame adjustment step for setting the frame center-to-center spacing FPD of the spectacle frame 3 such that the optical center LC of the spectacle lens is coincide with the position EP of a pupil, when viewed from the front face of a pair of spectacles 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
