<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic braking system and an elevator system provided with the same capable of detecting a degradation in spring force of a braking spring with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A bracket 15 is arranged in a manner of being fixed to one end of the braking spring 7 on the side of a brake lever 6, and of being extended to the another end of the braking spring 7 on the side opposite to the brake lever through the sideway of the braking spring 7. A detecting switch 16 is fitted to the another end of the braking spring 7 of the bracket 15 on the side opposite to the brake lever at a predetermined facing distance in the direction where the braking spring 7 extends further beyond the another end of the braking spring 7 on the side opposite to the brake lever, so that the detecting switch 16 is operated for detection when the braking spring 7 extends and reaches a tolerance limit value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
