<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a spiral type fluid separation element 1 in which telescope preventing plates 8 can be easily inserted into a center of water collecting tube 3 even in the case there is a fluctuation in a gap between the outer diameter size of the water collecting tube 3 and the inscribed diameter of the telescope preventing plates 8, a time for fixing the telescope preventing plates 8 to the water collecting pipe 3 can be remarkably shortened, and further the telescope preventing plates 8 can be inserted without damaging the water collecting pipe 3. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the spiral type fluid separation element 1 constituted by arranging the telescope preventing plates 8 at both ends of a winding and surrounding body constituted by winding a plurality of separation membrane units 7 in a spiral shape around the water collecting pipe 3 having water collecting holes 2, resin 11 is arranged in advance such that there are parts where the resin 11 is not arranged between the arranged resin 11 in a bonding part of the telescope preventing plates 8 in the water collecting pipe 3, when the telescope preventing plates 8 is inserted in the water collecting pipe 3 and bonded with the separation membrane units 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
