<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of transmitting a fuse signal by a plurality number of chips constituting a single semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a transmission control signal generator; a fuse signal transmitter; a reception control signal generator; and a fuse signal receiver. The transmission control signal generator receives a clock signal to generate a plurality number of frequency division clock signals, and generates a transmission control signal from the plurality of frequency division clocks. The fuse signal transmitter transmits a fuse signal in synchronization with the transmission control signal. The reception control signal generator receives the clock signal to generate the plurality number of frequency division clock signals, and generates a reception control signal from the plurality of frequency division clocks.
