<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and temporarily hold a connector, which is not used when attaching a wire harness to a vehicle, at a fixed position on the wire harness in advance in a manufacturing stage or a shipping stage of the wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: In a wire harness 30 for an instrument panel of a vehicle, a resin protective material (e.g. a foam which is formed by foaming with a bead method) 32 having rigidity sufficient for maintaining the shape is molded to cover the outside of a bundle of a plurality of wire.
