<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of an operation feeling of a button part even when a top surface of an upper cover of a housing has a curved shape. <P>SOLUTION: A printing label creating device 100 comprises: a housing 101; a plurality of button parts 1 capable of moving upward and downward while rotating in a pressing time and a non-pressing time; a plurality of through holes 8 for projecting the plural button parts 1 upward by a predetermined dimension; a flat plate-like substrate 7 mounted inside the housing 101; stationary contact points 5, 6 provided on the substrate 7 at positions corresponding to each button part 1; a base part 4 extending from the base part 4 so that each button part 1 can move upward and downward; and a buckling wall 3 connecting the base part 4 with each button part 1.
