<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave circuit body and an IC socket which meet the requirements for finer pitch and smaller size by increasing the amount of stroke without increasing the amount of elastomer. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a microwave circuit body 10 in which a conductive circuit 2 including a contact 21 and a flat connection 23a is formed on the surface of an insulating elastic sheet 1 having a protrusion 3 and a flat portion 6.
