<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube cutting apparatus causing no cutout to a tube and simplified in configuration to reduce the manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The tube cutting apparatus 10 perpendicularly cutting a tube 16 with respect to the axial direction thereof is provided with: a compressor 12 supplying compressed air; a pneumatic cylinder 14 connected to the compressor 12 and operated by the compressed air supplied; a tube guide 20 fixing the tube 16; a cutting blade 22 connected to the pneumatic cylinder 14; and a liquid sprayer 26 connected to the pneumatic cylinder 14 and spraying liquid 24 to the cutting blade 22 prior to the operation of the pneumatic cylinder 14 every time when the pneumatic cylinder 14 is operated a prescribed times by the compressed air supplied, this compressed air being discharged after the operation of the pneumatic cylinder 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
